To book a course please email info@soulmidwives.co.uk and we will send you an application form

Upon receipt of your form we will reserve your place .

All bookings are taken on a 'first come first served' basis. In the event of a course becoming fully booked prior to us receiving your booking form, we will notify you promptly and offer you alternative dates.

Payment: We ask for a deposit of £50, for a 3 day course and £25 for a 1 day course with the balance payable  on the first day of the course please

 Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may be unable to attend a course that has been booked. With this in mind, we have the following policy to try and be as fair as possible to all:

For cancellations over one month prior to the course date - loss of deposit only or the option to rebook on another date and retain the deposit.

For cancellations less than one month prior to the course dates - no refund unless we can fill the place, in which case we will provide you with a refund of the course price less the deposit.

We reserve the right to change dates due to unforseen circumstances at this end. However, every effort will be made to avoid this and in such circumstances we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.
